Sangster and Hochster Brand Assets are protected by trademark, copyright, and other laws.  Sangster Group LLC (SGLLC). Owns trademark rights in the United States and other countries.  If Sangster Group LLC (SGLLC).  has expressly approved your request to use one or more Brand Assets, then Sangster Group LLC (SGLLC).  grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, royalty-free license to use the brand Assets. Getting permission from Sangster Company for your proposed use of the Brand Assets  require approval.  Sangster Company only grants a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, royalty-free license with Strict compliance. violation of these Guidelines will automatically terminate your license to use our Brand Assets and additional penalty may apply. 

“Sangster and Hochster” means Sangster Company/ Sangster Group LLC (SGLLC). “Brand Assets” means the Sangster and Hochster logo with words and character and depictions thereof, all versions of the Sangster and Hochster logo and word mark, and any other word, name, phrase, image, or other designation that identify the source or origin of any of Sangster products.  “Terms” means these Sangster and Hochster Brand Terms of Use. 

“Guidelines” means these Brand Guidelines and  terms of Use.
